Good training is not cheap and cheap training is not good

Foundations

After doing an Intro session, you must complete the Foundations program before joining classes. This consists of 4 private sessions where you will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit. These sessions are significantly discounted ($50/session) from normal private rates ($85/session). Your progression as an athlete will be greatly accelerated by establishing this solid foundation from the beginning, and you will avoid injury by having a better understanding of basic form and technique. The monthly membership rate that you choose will begin the day after your Foundations has been completed.
Foundations appointments will be set up at times that work for you and the coach.

The Foundations Course covers the fundamental movements of CrossFit. We have one day which we will cover the Squats, one day we will cover the Presses, and one day we will cover the Cleans. On day 4 we will review the movements, polish up technique, and you will be tested on your knowledge of the movements. Upon passing the test, you will receive a high five and be allowed to start coming to our regularly scheduled classes. Then you will allow us to coach you and help get you in the best shape of your life.

About Our Memberships

At Paradigm we offer more than "workouts". We offer coaching. Our goal is to transform your lifestyle and help you find a passion for fitness that will yield continual, lifelong results. Unlike globo gyms that make their money off paying members who rarely, (if ever), come to the gym... we want to see you, get to know you on a personal level, train and educate you, and observe your success. We take pride in the fact that a membership at Paradigm not only gets you "in the door", but gives you quality coaching, programming, community, and results.

You will absolutely find cheaper gyms in the area. We sincerely believe that you will not find superior training. Good fitness programs are not cheap and cheap fitness programs are not good.

Keep in mind that there are also many places that claim to be "doing CrossFit". CrossFit is not just what you do, but how and where you do it, and the community that is created. CrossFit forges elite fitness. We have a member base of highly motivated individuals who have placed their physical fitness as a high priority. If you do not have a serious level of commitment at this time, please do not waste your time or ours. We keep our class sizes smaller so we can maintain the integrity of our program, proper class flow, and so that each client may get the proper attention from our coaches.

Drop-Ins

Solid results do not come from sporadic training. If you are an active member of another affiliate and are either traveling or would like to occasionally drop-in to Paradigm, you are welcome to join the first class for no charge, and $25 for future classes after that. Please call ahead to let us know what class you would like to attend. If you are not a member of another gym but would like to try a class, please contact us to find out about the best day to come by and check us out. First class is on us, after that - you gotta pay to play;)

Personal Training

Personal Training is another option in which we can help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Custom designed programming, nutritional accountability and guidance, kick-ass workouts, and ample amounts of health/fitness education with always be an involved part of each session.

36 sessions (3x a week) ; $2,700...$75/session

All PT Contracts must be Paid in Full.
