Are you pregnant and wondering if you can and should do CrossFit? The
answer to both of these questions is yes. I am currently seven months
pregnant and I have been doing CrossFit for the last five months.

Here's my story in a nut shell:
Growing up i had always been the athletic "fat" girl, i played soccer for
13 years but was just bigger. When i was a junior and senior in high school
i started taking control watching what i ate and running.

If you're thinking about trying out CrossFit, Paradigm CrossFit is
definitely the one to check out. I have never had a better gym experience
than at Paradigm. It has truly been life-changing for me.

I started Crossfit at Paradigm in October of 2011. Never have I felt so
strong and healthy in my life. I have fallen in love with Crossfit and all
it stands for: fitness wise as well as nutritionally.

CrossFit has helped get me back in shape post-pregnancy!!! Don't waste your
time at the gym....seriously, this is the best fitness program I've
participated in!
